The process:
Lose your car keys / Car locked with keys inside.
Find somewhere safe to use your phone. (Neighbour or public house?)
Find our number from your phone (store it now!) or look above.
Call in and speak to one of trained staff (who will take the above details).
Our staff will quote you a time (between 30min and 1hour) to get to you.
Have a cup of tea (or a J₂O).
Our engineer will call, and you'll soon be on your way.
