September, 2010: Yet another burglary attempt. At 1 a.m. a hooded youngster tried to force his way onto our premises by repeatedly throwing a brick into the front window. Although it was a burglar-resistant window, assailant finally managed to break in and steal some money. He did take the shop's DVR to cover his tracks, however he left enough of a trail behind to allow the Police to arrest him the very next day.
Apart from extensive damage to the shop itself, nothing of real value was stolen.

March 5th, 2010: Our very own Graham Peacock, himself a retired Police Constable, was the hero of the day. Along with a pregnant member of staff who dialled the police in front of the perpetrator, members of our office effectively routed the burglar who violently attempted to make off with money stolen from the Shop till.
